Reuse Technology Group Ltd operate the website www.mynextbox.com, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06629338 and with our registered office at Unit D2 Thamesview Business Centre, Barlow Way, Rainham, Essex RM13 8BT.

Description & Prices

All images of our products are for illustration purposes only. Every effort is made to ensure all descriptions and pricing are accurate, however, should an error be identified prior to despatch you will be notified by email with the option to withdraw your order.

Prices for our Products may change from time to time but changes will not affect any order, which has been paid for at checkout.

Data Security

Your personal data is only used to process your order, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

How to order

Add products to your basket.  If you require a quick shipping quote prior to going to your basket then enter the shipping destination at this stage, your shipping charges will also be displayed in your basket prior to completing checkout.  Proceed to checkout.  You may checkout as a Guest or Register onsite for a fast and easy check out on future orders.  Enter your billing and shipping addresses, preferred shipping method and proceed with your payment.  An order acknowledgement receipt will be emailed to you with your order reference number.  For any queries on your order please contact sales on: +44 (0) 1708 803999 or email:  sales@mynextbox.com quoting your order reference number and query.

We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you an email confirming that your products have been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any point up until the goods have been delivered.


We accept online payment via credit card, debit card, and Paypal. Our web-transactions are securely hosted and verified by Paypal Braintree Payment, card details are checked by Paypal Braintree Payment during the authorization stage of the transaction. If your billing address is not correct then the transaction may be declined. Reuse Technology Group Ltd reserve the right to only send deliveries to the registered payment card address, or decline a transaction for security reasons.

All credit cards are debited in UK GBP pounds sterling and payment will be taken in full at the time of ordering. Overseas customers may view the total that they will be charged in UK pounds by changing the Currency drop down at the top right hand side of our website.

While we strive to protect your security, Reuse Technology Group Ltd cannot be held responsible for any person with access to a payment card not their own. If we suspect that a transaction is fraudulent, we reserve the right to decline the purchase for security reasons. 


All prices are subject to UK VAT at the prevailing rate at the time of shipping.  Overseas customers will be refunded VAT on the following basis:

EU businesses will be refunded VAT on production of a valid EU VAT reference number in the name of the purchasing business.

Overseas customers outside of the EU are not liable to pay VAT provided all goods are shipped to their overseas destination.  Any goods purchased by an overseas customer but delivered to a UK address must pay UK VAT.


Reuse Technology Group use a courier delivery service for it's UK and international parcels, and a pallet courier service for large and heavy items.

Our shipping costs are clearly shown in the shopping basket prior to checkout.

Orders placed before 3pm and that require no pre-shipping configuration are usually delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays). This excludes large items which required pallet delivery. Orders that require pre-shipping configuration such as "Build To Order" servers may take an extra 24 hours.

We reserve the right to charge for any re-delivery or the return to Reuse Technology Group Ltd of orders that have not been successful due to incorrect contact and address information being supplied by the customer.

We make every effort to ensure that goods are delivered on time, however, we cannot be held responsible for delays that are out with our control. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Off-shore Islands and some parts of northern Scotland may take longer to arrive than mainland UK.

We deliver to a large number of countries throughout the world using the same courier services.  Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import taxes or duties, which the customer shall be liable for.

If you have any special requests regarding deliveries then please contact us at sales@mynextbox.com and will do our utmost to meet your requirements.


You may return goods purchased online within 7 days of receiving your original order. You will be offered an exchange if possible or a full refund of your purchase costs, provided that all goods returned are complete and in good working condition.

All requests for the return of goods must be made by email to help@mynextbox.com.  You will be issued with an RMA number, which must be written on the outside of the packaging.

All goods must be returned in original packaging, at your cost and must be received by Reuse Technology Group Ltd within 14 days of purchase date. Please use a recorded post or courier service to return goods; we are not responsible for returned good until they are received by us.

Once the returned goods are received and inspected we will credit your original payment method with the full amount of your purchase. Please allow 7 days for refunds to be processed. We will check all returned items to ensure that they are complete, working and contain the correct serial numbers.

If you received goods that have been damaged in transit, please report this to us by telephone (01708 558 297) or email within 1 working day of receipt so that we may make a claim upon our couriers.

Business Returns

The above process applies to consumers and businesses alike, we reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee to business customers for cancelled orders.


All Contracts between Reuse Technology Group Ltd and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Company Accreditations

Listed below are our company accreditations to provide assurances of our services level standards. A complete peace of mind whilst working with us.

Environment agency exemption T11

Being registered with the Environment Agency under a T11 exemption, we are allowed to repair, refurbish, dismantle and recycle various types of electronic waste. We mainly specialise in Networking Routers, Switches, Servers and Storage, with a small volume of Laptops, Desktops and mobile devices. Therefore most of the WEEE generated would be related to this category of E-waste. Our T11 registration site reference number: NC2/060999/2017

Waste Carrier License

As a business that carries EEE waste as part of our business process, we comply with the Environment agency requirement, to be registered as a Waste Carrier Broker. Our Registration no is CBDU92807. You can also verify our registration number at the EA website

Environment Agency waste storage permission

As a business, which repairs and refurbishes IT Hardware for Re-Use, we are registered with the Environment Agency permitting us to store WEEE which has been generated from units, which are not for reuse purposes. All WEEE is then transported to a downstream WEEE processor, who is authorised by the EA to treat WEEE waste.

ICO Certificate

The Information Commissioner’s Office requires organisations and data controllers who process personal information to be registered with the ICO. Since setting up the business in 2009, we have been registered with the ICO and are fully compliant with all DATA protection laws and the upcoming GDPR requirements.

ISO 14001 certified

The ISO14001 sets the standards for Environmental Management Systems. Our business model is all about a positive environmental impact through reuse rather than manufacturing new, therefore creating a circular business model and the ISO 14001 validates that. Not only are we reducing waste through a business model, business processes but we are also creating a sustainable eco-system for our customers for refurbished IT Procurement.

As a Certified ISO9001 business you can be assured that we operate to a set of audited management standards. We have streamlined business processes which clearly define each business process, from purchasing, to goods in, processing and goods out to name a few. These standards are not just written processes but are embedded within the business and embraced by every employee.

Data Processor Cyber privacy insurance

As an established and respected business, we have the required Public, Professional and Employers Liability Indemnity insurance. Additionally as a data processor, handling IT assets from other businesses we hold the specialist, Data Processor Cyber Privacy Indemnity insurance.
