Delivery Information
www.mynextbox.com is a trading name of Reuse Technology Group Ltd. Reuse Technology Group Ltd use a courier delivery service for UK and international parcels, and a pallet courier service for large and heavy items.
Our shipping costs are clearly shown in the shopping basket prior to checkout.
UK Orders placed before 2pm and that require no pre-shipping configuration are usually delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays), orders that require pre-shipping build and configuration such as Servers and Storage Arrays and pallet delivery items can take an extra 24hrs.
Delivery Times
Our standard UK delivery is via DPD or UPS on a "Next Business Day" Service (goods shipped on Friday are delivered on the following Monday)
Europe & Worldwide is via Fedex or UPS and varies by country, please contact us if you require an estimate of shipping times.
We reserve the right to charge for any re-delivery or the return to Reuse Technology Group Ltd of orders that have not been successful due to incorrect contact information and address being supplied by the customer.
We make every effort to ensure that goods are delivered on time, however we cannot be held responsible for delays that are out with our control. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Off-shore Islands and some parts of northern Scotland may take longer to arrive than mainland UK.
We deliver to a large number of countries throughout the world using the same courier services. Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import taxes or duties, which the customer shall be liable for.

Returns Information
Cancelled Orders / Goods Not Suitable
You may return goods purchased online within 7 days of receiving your original order. You will be offered an exchange if possible or a full refund of your purchase costs, provided that all goods returned are complete and in good working condition.
All requests for the return of goods must be made by email to help@mynextbox.com and should include the invoice or order number, item name, serial number the reason for return. You will then be issued with an RMA number, goods returned without an RMA number may be delayed in the returns process.
All goods must be returned in original packaging, at your cost and must be received by Reuse Technology Group Ltd within 7 days of RMA number being issued. Please use a recorded post or courier service to return goods and ensure that the package show the RMA number clearly on the outside; we are not responsible for returned goods until they are received by us.
Once the returned goods are received and inspected we will credit your original payment method with the full amount of your purchase. Please allow 7 days for refunds to be processed. We will check all returned items to ensure that they are complete, working and the correct serial numbers.
If you received goods that have been damaged in transit, please report this to us by telephone or email within 1 working day of receipt so that we may make a claim upon our couriers. Further, should you receive an order, which is incorrect, please report this to us by telephone or email within 1 working day of receipt.
Business Returns - Cancelled Orders / Goods Not Suitable
The above process applies to consumers and business alike, we reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% re-stocking fee (minimum charge of £25) to business customers for cancelled orders.
Faulty Goods
If you wish to return faulty goods which are still within their warranty period then the procedure is as follows;
All requests for the return of faulty goods must be made by email to help@mynextboxcom.com and should include the serial number of the item and a fault description. You will then be issued with an RMA number, goods returned without an RMA number may be delayed in the returns process.
All goods must be returned in suitable packaging, at your cost and must be received by Reuse Technology Group Ltd within 7 days of RMA number being issued. Please use a recorded post or courier service to return goods and ensure that the package show the RMA number clearly on the outside; we are not responsible for returned good until they are received by us.
Goods received in unsuitable packaging will be refused or signed for as damaged and may result in the RMA being cancelled.
Once the returned goods are received, inspected and tested we will send out a replacement where possible or offer a credit if we do not have an alternative part in stock.
Please allow 7 days for refunds to be processed. We will check all returned items to ensure that they are complete, working and the correct serial numbers.
